This was our second stay at this property. It is amazing for families or a couples trip. The pool and common area are very large and excellent for a group to enjoy. The property is walkable to town but also only a quick 2-minute drive. The best grocery store in town is a 5-minute walk. Tamarindo is awesome with many top-level restaurants and a great beach for kids and adults alike. You certainly won't regret booking your vacation here, and like us, you will probably be return visitors!

This villa is an exceptional place to stay if you have a large group and are looking for something high-end. It is a close ride to the main strip; however, it is very steep if you are planning to walk. Security is top notch, but for guests who may want friends over, this should be a point to confirm with the host as visiting hours may be restricted.

Couldn't have picked a better place for a Thanksgiving hang with a group of five. House, amenities, location, and responsiveness of the owner were all top tier. Perfect Airbnb setup going on here. Book it.

Our booking for another location got cancelled last minute. I was lucky to find Ron's property, and he was gracious enough to accept my booking with me traveling in less than 24 hours. From the moment we booked, the concierge was amazing! He had great recommendations for dining and was accessible to answer any questions we had. I loved the limited access to the property with the security entry point, and everyone was so friendly. To top it all off, the property and the scenery itself — words and pictures do not do it justice. I will definitely be back and hope to book with Ron again. Thank you for an amazing first-time experience in Costa Rica!!!

Ron, thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home! Everything was perfect — the location, the amenities, the vibes. I also appreciate you helping us arrange transportation from the airport as well as setting up the private chef service. All of your help truly made our trip an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience Tamarindo to the fullest. We rented ATVs for the week, and there were so many restaurants, surf spots, stores, and more within a five-minute ATV ride. This house is truly special and different from other homes in the area because you can't see anything but trees and beach from the patio area. There are no buildings obstructing the view at all. Thanks again! We hope to return to Costa Rica soon.

Immaculate vibes. The house itself and the area just made sense for our group. The host was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We loved the area and feel like the aesthetic of the house matched what we needed for this trip perfectly. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Ron's place is one of the best in Tamarindo. Its location is close enough to town to ride in for a night out or walk during the day, and the amenities are even bigger and better in person. Would stay again and highly recommend this place.
